Ecodesarrollo Miramar is a family owned and operated Real Estate Corporation.  For over 15 years we have been involved in a wide range of development projects (such as Bosques del Mar, Los Robles, Brumas del Mombacho) within the pacific coastal zone of Nicaragua.  We are currently in the process of developing a wide range of real estate investment opportunities for both international and local investors who are interested in owning property in the most popular and dynamic region of the pacific coastal town of San Juan Del Sur.

We have consulted with a talented group of design professionals comprised of architects, engineers, planners and surveyors that has helped to give us a unique identity for the master planned development areas.   We are dedicated to fostering the positive growth of the local municipality of San Juan Del Sur through investments and direct donations, while at the same time giving potential investors exceptional real estate opportunities whether the end goal is to live in Nicaragua, or simply to diversify ones real estate portfolio.
